The Waters Edge Hotel is centrally located on the beach, near the Boardwalk. The hotel has recently been completely renovated to provide the most up to date comforts and amenities. Waters Edge is a Spring Break Hotel. From the last week of February through April the hotel caters to college students. Waters Edge is located on the most popular "Spring Break" section on the beach. During this time each person in the room is must be at least 18 years old. The hotel requires a damage/security deposit of $50.00 per student payable in cash on arrival. This deposit is refunded at check-out pending a room inspection from the management. A $25.00 phone deposit is also required in cash on arrival and refunded at check-out less any charges incurred.
